-Minimum order for screen print is 48 pieces. -Minimum order for embroidery is 24 pieces. -Minimum order for promotional products will vary by products. ART CHARGES: Art charges are included if you order a program graphic. Artwork for program graphics includes name drops, element drops, and color changes. Other modifications could result in art charges. TAPE FEES: Embroidery tape fees are included if you order a program graphic. Embroidery for program graphics includes name drops, element drops, and color changes. Other modifications to embroidery could result in tape fees. SET-UP CHARGES: We do not charge set-up fees! SHIPPING: Normal method of shipping is UPS Ground. Expedited freight is used only when necessary and will result in extra shipping charges. PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time for screen print and embroidery is 10 working days. Production time for promotional products will vary by product. RUSH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE. Call for current production availability. Please allow time for shipping. ART/EMBROIDERY APPROVAL: All artwork and embroidery must be approved prior to production.
