Responsibilities 

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for all sales activities across our 5 custom divisions: screen print, embroidery, promotional products, signs and banners, and trophies and awards. The sales activities include prospecting new customers, account management, product sourcing, project pricing, and expansion of market share within a given territory or base of accounts.

Market share expansion is accomplished through referrals, telephone and face-to-face cold calling, e-mail, and networking. Fanatical execution of the C.C. Creations Sales Strategy as part of the day-to-day business plan is how we expand market share. The position also entails heavy data entry into industry-specific software for all customer orders. Members of our sales team are expected to attend social and business events to help promote the company often outside of normal business hours. Sales representatives must maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values: BUILDING BETTER RELATIONSHIPS, ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING, NEVER SATISFIED, DO IT RIGHT, DELIVER THE WOW, and ALL-IN.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 2+ years of sales or similar experience preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook e-mail and Excel

Benefits 

This is a full-time position located in our Holleman office in College Station.

Normal hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with some longer hours often required as business need arises. Some weekend work and work-related evening events may be required.

The Receiving Supervisor plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received either from vendors or other locations, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so goods and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner. The position provides leadership for the successful day-to-day operations of a fast-paced department. Training, mentoring, and enforcing operational best practices are key components. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, dependability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervises 8 – 12 receiving associates
  • Maintains a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the receiving mission in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Interviews and recommends applicants for hire as receiving associates.
  • Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates the performance of receiving associates; ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move goods to and from warehouse configurations; counsels, records and disciplines as necessary.
  • Monitors the unloading of all shipments into the receiving department; ensures goods are staged for counting and inspection; ensures receiving documents accurately report goods received. Resolves discrepancies with accounting and/or purchasing regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
  • Monitors the flow of paperwork from receiving to the receiving clerk for timely data entry. Oversees the movement of goods from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
  • Oversees the pulling and staging of goods for production. Ensures goods are staged or stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
  • Ensure all personnel are operating with the company core values in mind by creating a culture that values pride in one’s work and a desire for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

The Operations Support Representative works as a liaison between the sales staff and all aspects of production. This position is responsible for processing incoming sales orders using industry specific software. Keeping an open line of communication with the sales staff, production, and accounts payable is imperative to the success of this department. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are key traits for success. Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers and in varied climates from an office setting to a production floor is necessary. This position will also be involved in the invoicing process for all orders that have been produced and shipped to our customers. In addition, processing receiving documentation as goods are received through the receiving department will be a critical part of this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reviews sales order for accuracy and determines mode of production
  • Completes required operational processing steps based on order type and production need
  • Communicates with sales, production, and other staff via email, phone, and in-person
  • Completes all receiving processes timely while exhibiting strong attention to detail
  • Cross-trains for multiple operational duties to assist when needed

This person will play a critical role with hands-on production in numerous production, installation, and customer service needs. Our growing business offers an array of wide format digital printing, interior and exterior signage, and wraps. Come grow with us!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Help meet the demands of production workflow
  • Work with internal personnel to ensure orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Select appropriate print medias, vinyl, substrates, etc.
  • Removal and installation of vinyl graphics and adhesive from a variety of surfaces and vehicles
  • Substrate preparation (cleaning, cutting, drilling, painting, laminating, etc.)
  • Operate machines (printers, plotting cutters, laminators, panel saw, and more)
  • Routine shop functions (precision cutting, drilling, grommetting, sanding, and working with special materials)
  • Uphold highest levels of production and quality standards
  • Equipment & shop maintenance, cleaning and upkeep
  • Participate in installs as necessary
  • Willingness to work under pressure and complete multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sign shop is preferred
  • Ability to accurately read measurements and use measuring tools
  • Vehicle wrap experience
  • Possess good craftsmanship with consistent attention to detail, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Above average computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite)

Job Summary

Pack Processors complete all finishing tasks for orders requiring additional services after decoration, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation. This may include one or more of the following: fold (manually or mechanically), tagging, bagging, label application, and boxing. This process can vary widely in services needed as well as in size of the order. Pack Processors assure all order finishing details are carried out an effective and efficient manner. Attention to detail, excellent counting skills, and dependability are key traits for success.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Print, read, and understand instructions written in English
  • Tag product using a swift tack device
  • Attach labels to product either manually or with an automated machine
  • Fold and/or bag product manually or using a folding machine
  • Pack boxes according to specific instructions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds multiple times per day and up to 50 pounds periodically
  • Basic math (addition and subtraction) and reading skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willing to work extra hours, varied shifts, and weekends as needed
  • Able to stand on concrete surface for complete shift in a non-climate-controlled environment

The Embroidery Floater is a valuable member of the embroidery department and completes various duties, such as quality control, order layout functions, and maintaining and operating state-of-the-art Tajima multi-head embroidery machines. Ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained are essential functions of this position. Embroidery Floaters should demonstrate embroidery expertise, stamina, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and basic mechanical competencies. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operates and maintains embroidery equipment for apparel, headwear, bags, and other varied products.
  • Reads work orders to review specific requirements for each order.
  • Install hoop on item to be decorated and load on to machine.

  • Inspect quality of decoration to ensure it meets all standards and guidelines.
  • Follows all safety and operational procedures.
