      Requirements

                                                                                                    Layout:  Prepare layout table for product, ensuring area is clean and clear of anything not related to the product.  Count and layout product to prepare for the upcoming job run.  Relocate jobs, as necessary, to available queue table.

                                                                                                    Essential Job Functions - QC Inspector

                                                                                                    • Verify product and print match to the work order color composition
                                                                                                    • Works closely with the print machine operator to communicate any issues concerning the print quality of an order, throughout the complete run. Be specific when identifying specific locations of pinholes and/or fuzzies
                                                                                                    • Evaluate print quality to ensure placement, ink coverage and overall look are acceptable (double checking every 12th to 15th garment to the placement guide)
                                                                                                    • Turn the red notification light on for any question, doubt, issue or anything you need help with for any reason
                                                                                                    • Notify a supervisor or lead to obtain replacement garments for in-stock defects and/or misprints during a run
                                                                                                    • Patch prints as needed and whenever possible
                                                                                                    • Notify print machine operators to save screens for 2nd QC check, partials, or any other reason for a reprint of any kind
                                                                                                    • Retrieve printed goods resulting from misprints/defects, confirming the new print/garments reflect the same acceptable quality & return to next staging location upon order completion
                                                                                                    • Confirm count for printed goods and prepare for the next station (could include folding and packing boxes, then moving using various methods, such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, dolly, or push baskets)
                                                                                                    • Spray out - put goods to the side and once the run is completed, move to the spray out station to take care of the need (do not allow the need to spray out continue to be a large pile, but inform the operator to address the issue)
                                                                                                    • Specialty fabrics – once the run is complete, take to another dryer to complete the curing process
                                                                                                    • Maintain the front page of the operator’s logs for daily account of screens

                                                                                                    Essential Job Functions - Layout

                                                                                                    • Organize all jobs by the schedule date (do not skip specialty or large orders)
                                                                                                    • Prepares the layout table to ensure the table is clean and clear of any items not related to the order

                                                                                                    Job Summary

                                                                                                    Pack Processors complete all finishing tasks for orders requiring additional services after decoration, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation. This may include one or more of the following: fold (manually or mechanically), tagging, bagging, label application, and boxing. This process can vary widely in services needed as well as in size of the order.  Pack Processors assure all order finishing details are carried out an effective and efficient manner. Attention to detail, excellent counting skills, and dependability are key traits for success.

                                                                                                    Essential Functions Include: 

                                                                                                    • Read and understand English instructions for specific tasks on each order
                                                                                                    • Tag product according to order instruction using a swift tack device
                                                                                                    • Attach labels to product according to order instructions either manually, or with the automatic folding machine
                                                                                                    • Fold and/or bag product manually or using a folding machine according to order instructions
                                                                                                    • Pack boxes according to specific order instructions
                                                                                                    • Able to stand on concrete surface for complete shift in a non-climate-controlled environment
                                                                                                    • Able to lift 35 lbs. multiple time per day and up to 50 lbs. periodically
                                                                                                    • Able to write legibly in English (box marking)

                                                                                                    Non-essential Job Functions

                                                                                                    • Work within a department of 15-20 employees (team player)
                                                                                                    • Assist Embroidery & Print production to count and layout goods to prepare orders for production

                                                                                                    The Maintenance Assistant is required to be a mechanically-inclined individual. The Maintenance Assistant performs maintenance duties for and with the Maintenance Manager, responsible for maintenance and repairs of the building components, systems and equipment, fleet vehicles, and areas surrounding the buildings.

                                                                                                    Essential Job Functions 

                                                                                                    • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
                                                                                                    • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
                                                                                                    • Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of production machines and facilities equipment and structure
                                                                                                    • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
                                                                                                    • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
                                                                                                    • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, fleet vehicles, and plant facilities
                                                                                                    • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance, carpentry, and HVAC functions
                                                                                                    • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
                                                                                                    • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

                                                                                                      Requirements

                                                                                                      • 2 years related experience and/or and equivalent combination of education and experience
                                                                                                      • High School diploma or GED is required
                                                                                                      • HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical background a plus
                                                                                                      • Able to work in conditions that are not climate controlled (temperature extremes of hot and cold)
                                                                                                      • Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day on concrete surfaces and climb ladders/stairs.
                                                                                                      • Able to periodically lift up to 50 pounds.
                                                                                                      • Valid Driver’s License – Class C
