What We’re Looking For

The Accounts Receivable Representative works directly with our customers and sales team in order to ensure accurate customer account maintenance. This position is responsible for accurate application of payments, collections, reconciliation, and reporting of all receivables for an assigned client base. Day-to-day tasks also include resolving customer billing issues and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. This is accomplished by e-mail and phone using soft collection methods.   • Review open accounts for collection efforts

    What We’re Looking For

    Position Overview

    As a Sign Installer, will be responsible for but not limited to installing signs. The right candidate will have an eye for layout, installation, and maintenance of signs, be able to lift 60 lbs, maintain a neat and clean work environment, and accurately follow both written and verbal instructions. This position works with some power tools. Basic computer and web browser comprehension is required. Reviewing work orders to determine job needs and adhering to a production schedule are day-to-day activities. A high level of accuracy is required. This position also requires working with all levels of employees and managers and in varied climates from an office setting to outside environment. Some customer interaction may also be required.

    • Retrieve order information from Microsoft Outlook

      Screen Print Inspector / Layout

      What We’re Looking For

      Position Overview

      Inspectors:  Verify Print quality and placement of print during a job run.  Notify print machine operators of any imperfections.  Acquire printed goods to match and complete jobs that previously had partials.  Confirm product count and prepare for the next stage in the order process.  Fill in the Layout position as needed.

      Layout:  Prepare layout table for product, ensuring area is clean and clear of anything not related to the product.  Count and layout product to prepare for the upcoming job run.  Relocate jobs, as necessary, to available queue table.

      Essential Job Functions – QC Inspector

      • Verify product and print match to the work order color composition
      • Works closely with the print machine operator to communicate any issues concerning the print quality of an order, throughout the complete run. Be specific when identifying specific locations of pinholes and/or fuzzies
      • Evaluate print quality to ensure placement, ink coverage and overall look are acceptable (double checking every 12th to 15th garment to the placement guide)
      • Turn the red notification light on for any question, doubt, issue or anything you need help with for any reason
      • Notify a supervisor or lead to obtain replacement garments for in-stock defects and/or misprints during a run
      • Patch prints as needed and whenever possible
      • Notify print machine operators to save screens for 2nd QC check, partials, or any other reason for a reprint of any kind
      • Retrieve printed goods resulting from misprints/defects, confirming the new print/garments reflect the same acceptable quality & return to next staging location upon order completion
      • Confirm count for printed goods and prepare for the next station (could include folding and packing boxes, then moving using various methods, such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, dolly, or push baskets)
      • Spray out – put goods to the side and once the run is completed, move to the spray out station to take care of the need (do not allow the need to spray out continue to be a large pile, but inform the operator to address the issue)
      • Specialty fabrics – once the run is complete, take to another dryer to complete the curing process
      • Maintain the front page of the operator’s logs for daily account of screens

      Essential Job Functions – Layout

      • Organize all jobs by the schedule date (do not skip specialty or large orders)
      • Prepares the layout table to ensure the table is clean and clear of any items not related to the order
      • Counts and lays out the order to ensure the quantity by size on the order matches to the quantity by size of goods supplied (confirm actual garment size from the inside tag, not the hang tag)
      • Label each order with masking tape, noting the Job # & the schedule date
      • Notify the QC Supervisor or Lead if the goods count does not match to the order count and identify short or over quantity on the order paperwork – if goods are located, layout personnel corrects the order noting goods count is confirmed & the job prints. If the goods are not located, layout personnel will tape and label the job that goods are missing and the order will be on hold until the goods are located and brought to the press
      • Once the goods have been placed on tables, place BCS and Blowout boxes in the appropriate location still intact. All other orders, break the boxes down and place on the pallet to be moved
      • Maintains the Large Order log

      Non-essential Job Functions

      • Maintain a clean work area and ensure the area, and especially the layout table is clean before leaving the shift
      • Before your shift starts, obtain all necessary tools from the supervisor, likewise; when you shift is ending, turn in all necessary tools back to the supervisor
      • Advise the supervisor or lead if the layout line is getting low
      • During the inspection process, based on various factors, such as the size of an order, or if it goes to another decoration stage, use the appropriate method of transportation or pack into boxes
      • Assist other areas of Production Floor as needed

      Requirements

                What We’re Looking For

                Position Overview

                Mixes the inks used for all CC Creations screen print orders.  Mixes inks to produce a desired color(s) as instructed on every order using 2 methods – DM4 machine is formula based to mix all standard inks, and all EKO (PVC Free) inks are mixed by hand for BCS orders.  Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the Ink Department, including the BCS Ink room.

                Essential Job Functions

                • Use and enter pre-determined formulas based on the codes assigned to ink colors to obtain the desired color – matching a PMS color, special mix, or specified custom color, using the DM4 unit
                • Follow mix instructions exactly to ensure inks mix properly
                • Use formulas to mix EKO (PVC free) inks by hand
                • Calculate the proper quantity to mix for each order
                • Follow instructions on work order to ensure all colors for each order are prepared accurately
                • Maintain cleanliness of paddles and spatulas in order to prevent foreign colors from mixing into the batch
                • Maintain organization and cleanliness of all inks, both in the ink room and the PVC free ink room
                • Daily cleaning of the DM4 unit

                Screen Maintenance personnel have two separate day-to-day functions and are back-up to one another other.  Both the Screen Cleaner and Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner are important members of the largest division of C.C. Creations. The Screen Cleaner completes various tasks related to cleaning and reclaiming screens for our screen print machines; while the Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner maintains both by cleaning the used components ensuring they are ready for a new job.  Ensuring screens, flood bars & squeegees are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner to maintain optimal inventory levels are essential functions of these roles.

                Essential Job Functions – Screen Cleaner

                • Removes excess ink and tape from used screens. Discards waste properly
                • Sorts screens by mesh count (6 different options)
                • Gathers used screens for reclaiming from the production floor
                • Ensures proper cleanliness of the department and equipment

                Eco-Tex Operator is one of six roles in the Screen Department. The Eco-Tex is an automatic Cleaning & Reclaiming Unit that strips dirty screens for the reproduction of new screens.

                Essential Job Functions

                • Identify (calculate) the screen mesh needs for the I-Image area

                Position Overview

                As a Sign/Graphics production Worker, you will be responsible for but not limited to producing and installing signs. The right candidate will have an eye for layout, production, and installation, of printed graphics, be able to lift 50 lbs., maintain a neat and clean work environment, and accurately follow both written and verbal instructions. This position works with some power tools. Basic computer and web browser comprehension is required. Reviewing work orders to determine job needs and adhering to a production schedule are day-to-day activities. A high level of accuracy is required. This position also requires working with all levels of employees and managers and in varied climates from an office setting to outside environment. Some customer interaction may also be required.

                  The operator is responsible for proper use of the Eco-Rinse—logistics of the Eco-Rinse machine and full operation and maintenance of the machine. Key responsibility is removing all ink residues from the exposed image of the screen. The operator is also responsible for maintaining the proper order of the screens as they are staged for the next step in the I-Image room.

                  • Uses proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain embroidery equipment on apparel, headwear, bags, and other various products
                  • Verifies size, color, and type of product, as well as thread color(s) from work order
                  • Loads digital embroidery files in the machine’s program according to work order
                  • Uses work orders to review thread color sequences to accurately set up jobs in sequential order – gathering required threads for the design, loading threads, and adjusting bobbins and thread tensions
                  • Selects proper hoop size and backing material based on the design and product type
                  • Installs hoop on item to be decorated and load on to machine
                  • Works with his/her team to embroider orders while maintaining optimum production rates and quality standards according to company guidelines and customer specifications
                  • Monitors embroidery machine operation throughout the run to detect and correct potential problems
                  • Follows all safety and operational procedures
