Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for all sales activities in our five custom divisions – screen print, embroidery, promotional products, signs and banners, and trophies and awards. The sales activities include prospecting, account maintenance, product sourcing and pricing, and expansion of market share within a given territory and base of accounts. Expansion of market share is accomplished through referrals, telephone and face-to-face cold calling, e-mail, and networking. These activities will be accomplished by using the C.C. Creations Sales Strategy as part of the day-to-day business plan. This position also includes data entry to input customer orders into our industry specific software. Members of our sales team are expected to attend social and business events to help promote the company, often outside of normal business hours. Sales representatives must maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 2+ years of sales or similar experience preferred
  • Proficient in both oral and written professional communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook e-mail and Excel
  • Able to easily navigate Windows based software

RESUME IS REQUIRED This is a full-time position located in our Holleman office in College Station. Normal hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with some longer hours often required as business needs arise. Some weekend work and work related evening events may be required. What We’re Looking For

We are looking to hire a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary function of this position is to create custom designs for apparel and various promotional products based on our clients’ specifications.

The ideal candidate is a creative individual who likes to have fun while working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented position. Experience with silk screen graphics, color separation knowledge, and cartooning is a major plus. Multi-tasking and attention to detail are key traits for success. As a Graphic Designer, you will work directly with customers via e-mail or on the phone to create designs that meet their needs while maintaining our production guidelines. You will work on multiple projects for varied customers and products each day.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge on Mac platform – 2 years minimum
  • Graphic Design degree preferred

Finishing Department Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time competent and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess extreme attention to detail, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Along with the department manager, this individual is responsible for ensuring all product from our Production Facility goes out the door with all of the final bells & whistles.

As the Finishing Department Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the final steps of getting orders processed accurately and out the door. This includes the areas of Heat Press, Tagging, Sorting, Folding, Packing, Labeling – all final processes for an order. With strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, this person will manage 20-30 team members, as well as communicate with many other departments throughout the company. The ideal candidate will exhibit our core values of delivering the wow, while building better relationships, with a great attitude (which is everything), all the while, doing it right, never satisfied with being stagnant, and all-in.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Become familiar with industry software, in order to run reports and set the schedule for the daily needs of the department for both day & night shifts
  • Work with internal personnel to ensure orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with all departments, including Sales Agents and department staff to resolve any issues
  • Responsible for accurate work hours submissions of all department employees, approval for time off requests & schedule modifications
  • Performs evaluations
    Point of contact with supply vendors
  • Uphold the highest levels of production and quality standards
  • Offers support to lead individuals in the day to day operations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Superior decision making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Learn and become efficient in industry proprietary software
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Management skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals in order to promote and maintain a close sense of teamwork and accountability to include everyone in the department
  • 2 or more years of experience in a manager or supervisor level responsible for 20-30 employees
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand/perform all job responsibilities on concrete surfaces for long periods in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Able to lift 20 – 50 lbs. as needed
  • Physical ability with a range of motion to include bending, twisting & lifting

Screen Print Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Nights)

The 2nd shift Screen Print Production Supervisor leads a team of diverse individuals from press operators, quality control, screen making, and ink mixing. This position includes the supervision of leads in each department of screen print operations. This individual is also responsible for communicating with the Screen Print Manager and other members of the management team on a regular basis to ensure production deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained in an essential function. The ideal candidate will exhibit our core values. A key trait is being a reliable performer, responsible for leading and communicating effectively with staff and management, and ensuring goals are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with a staff between 44-55 employees in press operations, quality control, screens, and ink; including leads and other departments within the company.
  • Facilitate shop production schedules
  • Implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain machinery maintenance, shop cleanliness and safety programs, and coordinating any necessary repairs or training with appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure all personnel is operating with the company values in mind by creating a culture that values pride in one’s work and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Works well with HR staff when employee issues arise.
  • Provide annual performance reviews and a development path for advancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Superior decision making, troubleshooting, negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in all aspects of screen printing apparel – Computer to Screen (CTS) screen making and automated reclaim.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

This full-time position has regular scheduled hours of 3 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Extended hours beyond the normal schedule may be required including some weekends as necessary. The dress code is casual.

The primary focus of this position is to obtain design approval from various licensing entities prior to print and embroidery production.

  • Become familiar with industry software
  • Submit all designs for approval by licensing entities
  • Communicates all licensing approvals and revisions to appropriate personnel
  • Manages report of pending designs to ensure approvals are arriving on time
  • Enters royalty information for each design into system
  • Organize and maintain licensed logo files
  • Assists with additional art operations tasks
