Members of our sales team are expected to attend social and business events to help promote the company, often outside of normal business hours. Sales representatives must maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required

The Screen Print Quality Control Supervisor is a valuable member of the largest division of C.C. Creations. The individual in this position is responsible for oversight of all aspects of screen print production quality control, for their respective shift. This includes the efficient movement of resources to accommodate the needs of all screen print presses; accountability for all goods that leave the production area; and addressing all quality issues. This individual must have skills that allows them to effectively communicate between all departments within the production area. They are the point person on the judgement of any questionable quality issues. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor and observe quality control operations to ensure production standards are being met
  • Enforce processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with employees, including Press Operators, Order Operations, Receiving Department, Sales staff, as well as other Supervisors & Managers
  • Direct staff to ensure all dryers are staffed accordingly to handle the current job, or re-assign responsibilities if overstaffed, to another area that may need attention

The Ink Mixer is a valuable member of the Screens & Ink department and completes various duties, such as mixing inks to produce desired colors. Ensuring quality color standards and attention to detail are essential functions of this position. Ink Mixers should demonstrate stamina, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and basic mechanical competencies.   • Use and enter formulas based on the codes assigned to ink colors to obtain the desired color – matching a PMS color, special mix, or specified custom color, using an automatic mixing unit
  • Follow mix instructions exactly to ensure inks mix properly
    Use formulas to mix inks by hand
  • Calculate the proper quantity to mix for each order
  • Follow instructions on work order to ensure all colors for each order are prepared accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of paddles and spatulas in order to prevent foreign colors from mixing into the batch
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of all inks
  • Daily cleaning of the automatic mixing unit

Qualifications and Skills

  • Able to work with inks, learn, and apply necessary safety precautions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills including the use of percentages

The Screen Print Operator is valuable member of the largest division of C.C. Creations. A Screen Print Operator completes various screen printing duties, such as maintaining and operating automatic presses. Screen Print Operators should demonstrate printing expertise, stamina, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and basic mechanical competencies. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Uses proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain automatic screen printing equipment on apparel and textiles.
  • Verifies size, color, and type of product and color of ink(s) from work order. Obtains and checks equipment and related supplies to produce the job.
  • Uses work orders to review color sequences to set up job in correct order.
  • Sets-up press by installing screens, squeegees, flood bars, flash drying units, and by registering product to press and screen image. Follows up regularly to confirm quality of product being printed.
  • Ensures dryer is set to proper curing time and temperature.
  • Works with his/her team to print jobs while maintaining optimum production rates, color density, registration, and quality standards according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
  • Maintains continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout production run.
  • Follows all safety and operational procedures.
  • Ensures proper cleanliness of the department and equipment. Performs minor repairs when necessary.

This person will play a critical role in assisting in the assembly, plating, and mounting of various trophies, medals, plaques, and awards. This position works with some power tools. Basic computer and web browser comprehension is required. Reviewing work orders to determine job needs and adhering to a production schedule are day-to-day activities. A high level of accuracy is required. This position also requires working with all levels of employees and managers and in varied climates from an office setting to a production floor. Some customer interaction may also be required.

  • Prepare and assemble trophies as needed
  • Design graphics using Corel Draw
  • Operate laser engravers on glass, acrylic, plastic, and wood products

What We’re Looking For

C.C. Creations, Texas’ largest custom screen print and embroidery company, is looking for individuals in need of part time work. Potential areas of opportunity include our Print Department, Screens & Inks, Receiving, Finishing with a wide variety of tasks that could be asked. If you have a 4-hour block of time between the hours of 6:00 AM and 1:30 AM, we may make a great team.

As a production assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly, plating, and mounting of various trophies, medals, plaques, and awards. The right candidate will have an eye for layout, be able to lift 50 lbs., be able to maintain a neat and clean work environment, and accurately follow both written and verbal instructions. This position works with some power tools. Basic computer and web browser comprehension is required. Reviewing work orders to determine job needs and adhering to a production schedule are day-to-day activities. A high level of accuracy is required. This position also requires working with all levels of employees and managers and in varied climates from an office setting to a production floor. Some customer interaction may also be required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Self-motivated flexible team-player, with a service-oriented mind set and the persistence to follow through on commitments in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours in a facility that is not climate controlled and possibly outdoors
  • Ability to lift items weighing 50 pounds or greater
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must be trustworthy and responsible
  • Must comply with the assigned schedule and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy

Benefits

This part-time position has a schedule of 4 hour shifts within the period of Monday through Saturday. Hours are flexible to accommodate the right candidate’s schedule with no more than 25 hours per week. The dress code is casual and closed toed shoes are required. Part-time employees are eligible for our company discount programs. Insurance benefits and paid time off are not available.

C.C. Creations is looking for an experienced, business savvy, resourceful and product-focused Merchandise Manager to take our growing businesses to the next level. This individual will partner with senior management, stores and cross-functional partners (i.e., Art Design Team) to identify opportunities, define strategies and execute to build strong assortments that will achieve/surpass financial objectives of the companies. Strong communication, analytical and creative problem solving skills as well as the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial objectives for the Retail Division
  • Conduct and oversee all necessary sales analysis to support business decision-making and growth
  • Responsible for assorting and price positioning product for all locations
  • Create seasonal merchandising strategies and line plans to ensure appropriate product development
  • Leverage partnerships with Art Design Team to ensure line plans and product needs are met
  • Collaborate with Store Teams to ensure product vision is supported at store level
  • Supervise and guide a team of Buyers to develop strengths and maintain growth within all divisions
  • Manage overall store inventory levels based on store capacity, attributes, seasonality and selling curves

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Merchandising or Buying capacity in a related business
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior executives
  • Outstanding product sensibility and taste level
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability for the business
  • Experience in managing a team, providing training & development
  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
  • Team oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Texas A&M University Graduate preferred

Benefits

This full-time position will have a regular schedule of 40 hours per week during our store hours. Regular store hours are Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM and Monday – Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM. Extended hours beyond the regular schedule and more than 40 hours per week will be required as needed including weekends, holidays, Aggie football home games, and other high-profile Aggie events (Family Weekend, sports team championships, etc.) The dress code is casual.
