Responsibilities and Duties:

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for all sales activities in our 5 custom divisions: screen print, embroidery, promotional products, signs and banners, and trophies and awards. The sales activities include prospecting, account maintenance, product sourcing and pricing, and expansion of market share within a given territory and base of accounts. Expansion of market share is accomplished through referrals, telephone and face-to-face cold calling, e-mail, and networking. These activities will be accomplished by using the C.C. Creations Sales Strategy as part of the day-to-day business plan. This position also includes data entry to input customer orders into our industry specific software. Members of our sales team are expected to attend social and business events to help promote the company often outside of normal business hours. Sales representatives must maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 2+ years of sales or similar experience preferred
  • Proficient in both oral and written professional communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook e-mail and Excel
  • Able to easily navigate Windows based software

Screen Print Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

The 2nd Screen Print Production Supervisor leads a team of diverse individuals from press operators, quality control, screen making, and ink mixing. This includes supervision of leads in each department of screen print operations. Communicating with the Screen Print Manager and other members of the management team on a regular basis to ensure production deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained is all an essential function. The ideal candidate will exhibit our core values. A key trait is being a reliable performer, responsible for leading and communicating effectively, with staff and management, to ensure goals are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with a staff between 44-55 employees in press operations, quality control, screens, and ink including leads and other departments within the company.
  • Facilitate shop production schedules
    Implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain machinery maintenance, shop cleanliness and safety programs, and coordinating any necessary repairs or training with appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure all personnel are operating with the company values in mind by creating a culture that values pride in one’s work and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Work with HR staff when employee issues arise.
  • Provide annual performance reviews and a development path for advancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Superior decision making, troubleshooting, negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in all aspects of screen printing apparel – Computer to Screen (CTS) screen making and automated reclaim.

The Screen Print Operator is valuable member of the largest division of C.C. Creations. A Screen Print Operator completes various screen printing duties, such as maintaining and operating automatic presses. Ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained is all an essential function of this position. Screen Print Operators should demonstrate printing expertise, stamina, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and basic mechanical competencies. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Uses proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain automatic screen printing equipment on apparel and textiles.
  • Verifies size, color, and type of product and color of ink(s) from work order. Obtains and checks equipment and related supplies to produce the job.
  • Uses work orders to review color sequences to set up job in correct order.
  • Sets-up press by installing screens, squeegees, flood bars, flash drying units, and by registering product to press and screen image. Follows up regularly to confirm quality of product being printed.
  • Ensures dryer is set to proper curing time and temperature.
  • Works with his/her team to print jobs while maintaining optimum production rates, color density, registration, and quality standards according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
  • Maintains continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout production run.
  • Follows all safety and operational procedures.
  • Ensures proper cleanliness of the department and equipment. Performs minor repairs when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Self-motivated flexible team-player, with a service oriented mind set and the persistence to following through on commitments in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment operating automated equipment.

Screen Print Screen Maintenance – Day Shift

Screen Maintenance personnel have two separate day-to-day functions but are back-up to one another other. Both the Screen Cleaner and Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner are important members of the largest division of C.C. Creations. The Screen Cleaner completes various tasks related to cleaning and reclaiming screens for our screen print machines; while the Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner maintains both by cleaning the used components ensuring they are ready for a new job. Ensuring screens, flood bars & squeegees are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner to maintain optimal inventory levels are essential functions of these roles. Responsibilities and Duties – Screen Cleaner:

  • Removes excess ink and tape from used screens. Discards waste properly
  • Sorts screens by mesh count (6 different options)
  • Gathers used screens for reclaiming from the production floor
  • Ensures proper cleanliness of the department and equipment
  • Follows all safety and operational procedures
  • Is back-up to the squeegee/flood bar cleaner

Responsibilities and Duties – Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner:

  • Thoroughly cleans & scrubs to remove all ink from flood bars & squeegees.
  • Discards waste properly
  • Loads drying rack to make the components available for the next job
  • Maintains a clean work area
  • Is back-up to the screen cleaner

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Self-motivated flexible team-player, with a service-oriented mind set and the persistence to follow through on commitments in a timely manner
  • Physical ability to walk or stand 8 hours or more on concrete surfaces in an environment that is not climate controlled
  • Able to work with cleaning chemicals, learn, and apply necessary safety precautions for each chemical used
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Able to lift 15-20 lbs. on a regular basis

Day shift is Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:45 PM.

The Embroidery Operator is a valuable member of the embroidery department and completes various duties, such as maintaining and operating state-of-the-art Tajima multi-head embroidery machines. Ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained are essential functions of this position. Embroidery Operators should demonstrate embroidery expertise, stamina, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and basic mechanical competencies. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Uses proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain embroidery equipment on apparel, headwear, bags, and other varied products.
  • Verifies size, color, and type of product and color of thread(s) from work order.
  • Load digital embroidery file in the machine’s program according to work order.
  • Uses work orders to review thread color sequences to set up jobs in correct order. Gather required threads for embroidery design. Load thread and adjust bobbin and thread tensions.
  • Select proper hoop size and backing material for design and product.
  • Install hoop on item to be decorated and load on to machine.
  • Works with his/her team to embroider orders while maintaining optimum production rates and quality standards according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
  • Monitor embroidery machine operation throughout the run to detect potential problems.
  • Follows all safety and operational procedures.
  • Ensures proper cleanliness of the department and equipment. Performs minor repairs when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Self-motivated flexible team-player, with a service oriented mind set and the persistence to follow through on commitments in a timely manner.

The department is climate controlled.

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a production assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly, plating, and mounting of various trophies, medals, plaques, and awards. The right candidate will have an eye for layout, be able to lift 50 lbs., be able to maintain a neat and clean work environment, and accurately follow both written and verbal instructions. This position works with some power tools. Basic computer and web browser comprehension is required. Reviewing work orders to determine job needs and adhering to a production schedule are day-to-day activities. A high level of accuracy is required. This position also requires working with all levels of employees and managers and in varied climates from an office setting to a production floor. Some customer interaction may also be required.

  • Prepare and assemble trophies as needed.
  • Design graphics using Corel Draw.
  • Operate laser engravers on glass, acrylic, plastic, and wood products
  • Keep work area clean and presentable.
  • Plan/complete daily production schedules.
  • Work safely and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1 year of experience working in a trophy shop, including engraving and assembly.
  • Excellent attention to detail
