Digital Media Coordinator

What We’re Looking For

C.C. Creations, the largest custom apparel and promotional products company in Texas, is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to join our fun, energetic, fast-paced and growing team! The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, thrive in a team atmosphere, be highly motivated and have strong organizational and communication skills.  This full-time position will work directly with the Vice President of Marketing, as well as the entire marketing team, in the execution of advertising and branding C.C. Creations, The Warehouse at C.C. Creations and Maroon U on digital platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build and execute digital media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and target audience analysis
  • Organize, generate, edit, publish and share daily content (text, images, video, HTML, etc.) on all social media accounts that is relevant to our industries
  • Set up, edit and optimize company social media pages on each platform to increase the visibility, followers, and engagement
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each company
  • Serve as the official voice for each company on all digital platforms and provide representation at sponsored company and community events
  • Create editorial calendars/schedules of relevant content specific to each brand
  • Continually research and analyze data by studying the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then adjust strategies based on results
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, business development, retail, human resources, etc.) to identify key performance indicators and coordinate projects and promotions
  • Develop website copy, content, and creative in conjunction with continual website maintenance

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our business’ mission
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business’ various types of content
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Experience managing company social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google Business, etc.
  • Advanced design skills using tools like Adobe Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Help meet the demands of production workflow
  • Work with internal personnel to ensure orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Expansion of market share is accomplished through referrals, telephone and face-to-face cold calling, e-mail, and networking. These activities will be accomplished by using the C.C. Creations Sales Strategy as part of the day-to-day business plan. This position also includes data entry to input customer orders into our industry specific software. Members of our sales team are expected to attend social and business events to help promote the company often outside of normal business hours. Sales representatives must maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 2+ years of sales or similar experience preferred
