Production Scheduling Coordinator

C.C. Creations is currently seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

The Production Scheduling Coordinator is a key member of the C.C. Creations team. This position is the liaison between the sales staff and all aspects of production.

Responsibilities and Duties Requirements include:

The Scheduling Coordinator creates the production schedule for both screen print and embroidery production. This includes communicating with production, operations, and sales staff in person, on the phone, or via e-mail to ensure that production dates are scheduled appropriately to meet our internal processes and the customer’s needs. This position is responsible for helping to keep the SKU database up-to-date by entering new SKU information and updating existing SKUs as needed. Contacting vendors to determine product arrival dates and to arrange product returns as needed are also integral parts of the day-to-day functions. This position assists with purchasing as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent computer, communication (both oral and written), and organizational skills
  • Above average Microsoft programs Outlook and Excel knowledge, skilled in using Windows based software programs, and able to navigate the Internet are a MUST
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking and attention to detail are key traits for success
  • Work with all levels of employees and managers throughout the company
  • Able to work in varied climates from an office setting to a production floor

This full-time position has normal scheduled hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Extended hours beyond the normal schedule may be required including some weekends as necessary. The dress code is casual.

Graphic Designer

C.C. Creations, Texas’ largest custom screen print and embroidery company is looking to hire a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities and Duties:

The ideal candidate is a creative individual who likes to have fun while working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented position. Experience with silk screen graphics, color separation knowledge, and cartooning is a major plus. Multi-tasking and attention to detail are key traits for success. As a Graphic Designer, you will work directly with customers via e-mail or on the phone to create designs that meet their needs while maintaining our production guidelines. You will work on multiple projects for varied customers and products each day.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge on Mac platform – 2 years minimum
  • Graphic Design degree preferred
  • Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to deliver the WOW with customer service
  • Able to work in an open office environment with other Graphic Designers (work-from-home is not available for this position)

E-Commerce Website Coordinator

The E-commerce Website Coordinator has responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of our Magento websites.

What We’re Looking For

Summary of Role:

  • Generate and update website content (products, content, and promotions)
  • Work with retail sales and marketing teams to build traffic and sales
  • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
  • Monitor key performance indicators on the websites and develop plans to improve them
  • Web maintenance and trouble-shooting

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Update product information and content on the websites
  • Responsible for e-commerce photography
  • Manage banners, images, promotions, etc. for display on the websites
  • Update content managed areas (copy & artwork)
  • Manage website configuration and parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management)
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues
  • Scope, document, test and deploy ongoing website functional projects improvements
  • Liaise with internal resources regarding the day-to-day management of the websites
  • Evaluate approaches and strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer engagement
  • Understand and assist in development of sources of traffic: email, SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
  • Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (e.g. Google analytics, etc.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with a staff between 45-55 employees including Assistant Supervisors
  • Manage and facilitate shop production schedules with Assistant Supervisor and employees
  • Identify, develop and implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain machinery maintenance, shop cleanliness and safety programs, and coordinating any necessary repairs or training
  • Ensure all personnel are operating with the company values in mind by creating a culture that values pride in one’s work and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Work with HR staff when employee issues arise
  • Provide annual performance reviews and a development path for advancement

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Superior decision making, troubleshooting, negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in all aspects of Screen Printing apparel (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)

Accounts Receivable Representative

C.C. Creations is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative to join our Accounting Team.

What We’re Looking For

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure timely and accurate application of receipts, reconciliation, and reporting of all receivables.

  • Manage assigned list of customers, handling all verbal and written communication
  • Receive and post all payments on a daily basis to the customer’s account (Windows based industry specific system)
  • Work with Sales team regarding customer account inquiries and resolve account issues
  • Actively collect on daily basis outstanding aged receivables and maintenance of assigned accounts by reviewing aging report and other information. This involves making daily phone calls, sending emails, and keeping detailed notes on the customer’s account. Collection activity is logged daily.
  • Maintain payment receipt documents and files

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to work with a diverse group of people
  • Good communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Previous accounts receivable experience REQUIRED
