The Screen Print Operator is valuable member of the largest division of C.C. Creations. A Screen Print Operator completes various screen printing duties, such as maintaining and operating automatic presses. Ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained is all an essential function of this position. Screen Print Operators should demonstrate printing expertise, stamina, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and basic mechanical competencies. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Uses proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain automatic screen printing equipment on apparel and textiles.
  • Verifies size, color, and type of product and color of ink(s) from work order. Obtains and checks equipment and related supplies to produce the job.
  • Uses work orders to review color sequences to set up job in correct order.
  • Sets-up press by installing screens, squeegees, flood bars, flash drying units, and by registering product to press and screen image. Follows up regularly to confirm quality of product being printed.
  • Ensures dryer is set to proper curing time and temperature.
  • Works with his/her team to print jobs while maintaining optimum production rates, color density, registration, and quality standards according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
  • Maintains continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout production run.
  • Follows all safety and operational procedures.
  • Ensures proper cleanliness of the department and equipment. Performs minor repairs when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Organize all jobs by the schedule date; Prepares the layout table to ensure the table is clean and clear of any items not related to the order
  • Verify product and print match to the work order color composition; Evaluate print quality to ensure placement, ink coverage and overall look are
  • Works closely with the print machine operator to communicate any issues concerning the print quality of an order, throughout the complete run
  • Maintain the front page of the operator’s logs for daily account of screens
  • During the inspection process, based on various factors, such as the size of an order, or if it goes to another decoration stage, use the appropriate method of transportation or pack into boxes

Qualifications and Skills:

The IT Hardware Technician is responsible for all end user trouble-shooting including unlocking user accounts because they had caps lock on. As the primary contact for all IT related issues this position will determine if issues need to be escalated to our managed services vendor. C.C. Creations has a “Whatever It Takes” mentality and this person will be required to service our three local offices either on-site or remotely and to remotely service a team of outside employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Set up new users on the network including configuring computers and other devices as needed.
  • Addressing all IT related issues or needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and purchasing of all hardware, printer consumables, and other IT related materials.
  • Research software solutions to address current and future operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 years professional IT experience including extensive hardware knowledge
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

This position has growth potential. As the only IT expert on-staff, this is a critical role in our company. Receiving clerks conduct the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received either from vendors or other locations, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation. They assure goods and supplies are properly received and distributed to the correct areas in an effective and efficient manner. Attention to detail, excellent counting skills, and dependability are key traits for success.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Participates in the unloading of all shipments into the receiving department; ensures goods are staged for counting and inspection; ensures receiving documents accurately report goods received.
  • Responsible for the movement of goods from receiving to the appropriate areas in the warehouse(s) in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
  • Handles the pulling and staging of goods for production.
  • Ensures goods are staged or stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
  • Participates in physical inventory process.
  • Loads delivery trucks.
  • Able to cross-train as a pickup and delivery driver to fill this role on an as needed basis.

Benefits

This full-time position has regular scheduled hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Extended hours beyond the normal schedule may be required including some weekends as necessary. The dress code is casual.
